Football match statistics

When analyzing a specific match, it's crucial to know the average and maximum values of the participating teams for the selected metric. For example, if no team has ever committed 10 fouls in a match, then the total number of fouls will most likely not exceed 20. Therefore, 4SCORE allows you to access both teams' statistics directly from the event page, all on a single page, without switching between tabs.
1
Go to the meeting page
On each match page, you'll find a "Team Statistics" tab. Click it and specify the desired criteria in the filters. Note that there are two filter blocks: the left one for the home team and the right one for the away team. You can set different criteria for selecting matches to include in the statistical data. Here are the available filters:
All matches, home or away. In some cases, to increase the accuracy of the forecast, you can set only home matches for the hosts, and only away matches for the guests
Seasons. At the end of the season, you can choose the current season for a more accurate assessment of the team's performance in it, but if you need to take into account a lot of historical data, you can also choose previous ones.
Championships. You can select matches only from certain championships, for example, from the current one, to get the performance of teams for it, or you can consider a wider sample
Coefficients. If you specify this, only those matches where the team's winning odds were within the specified range will be selected. This is a great idea if you need to understand how a team performs if they are a favorite or underdog
Places in the tournament table. If specified, only matches where the team finished within the specified range of league table positions will be selected. This is useful for knowing how a team is performing when they're close to victory, or vice versa.
Outcomes. If specified, only matches where the team won or lost will be selected. This can be useful for small market predictions
Number of events. How many events will the system use to generate a report? It's important that only events preceding the one being analyzed are selected for an event
2
Read the report
The report contains two main sections: "Average Values in the Sample" and "Bet Probability by Sample." The third section displays the matches the system considered in its analysis based on your filters. IMPORTANT! If a match stands out from the overall statistics, you can simply disable it by checking the box, and it will no longer be included in the report.
Average indicators figures clearly demonstrate not only how much the teams score for the selected indicator, but also how much they allow their opponents to score, which is very useful for forecasting
Bet probabilities by sample allow you to estimate the likelihood of a particular bet being placed on each match from the selected sample (separately for home and away teams). Due to the extensive data, it is grouped by market. To view a specific market, open it using the icon. For each bet in the market, the number of times it has won and lost is indicated, along with the probability and value odds calculated. This means you can see after the fact what would have happened if you had placed a particular bet on all of the teams' previous matches and decide whether it's worth betting on this one.
3
Adjust the report
At the bottom of the report is a list of matches the system has included for analysis. If you want to exclude any of them, uncheck the box, and they will no longer be included. This will make the report more accurate by eliminating outliers.

Head-to-head statistics

Previous head-to-head matches are a great way to predict how a match will go. On each match page on 4SCORE, there's a "Head-to-Head" tab (if you don't see it, scroll left through the tabs; it's hidden there). This report is similar in functionality to the team statistics report, except there's only one filter and fewer fields—only seasons, championships, and number of matches. However, you can use it in exactly the same way as the pre-match team statistics report.

Pre-match statistics of a football referee

Some metrics, such as cards and fouls, can directly depend on the referee assigned to the match. To understand what to expect from a particular referee, 4SCORE has a separate statistics report. You can quickly access the referee's page either from the match page (click on the referee's name directly below the match score) or via search by referees on the website. On the referee page, go to the "Stats" tab. We provide statistics for referees on a smaller number of indicators than for teams, as referees cannot influence all game indicators:
Yellow cards (separately for the first and second halves)
Red cards (separately for the first and second halves)
Corners (separately for the first and second halves)
Fouls

Pre-match statistics of the football championship

Team performance can be tied to specific championships: in the top leagues, everyone gives it their all, while friendlies are much more relaxed. Therefore, you can view the performance of all teams in matches of a specific championship. You can quickly access the championship page either from the match page (click on the name in the block to the right of the match score) or by searching by championship. On the championship page, go to the "Statistics" tab. The report works the same way as the others described above.
