You can get a refund at any time, but we will apply the daily rate
When issuing a refund, the refund amount is calculated based on the daily rate. When you purchase a subscription, you can purchase it for a month or a day. When you receive a refund, we calculate the number of days you used the subscription (rounded up), multiply it by the daily rate, subtract the resulting amount from the original subscription price, and refund the difference.
- If you purchased a subscription for one day, you will not be able to return it, since from the moment of activation the subscription is considered to be used for one day;
- If you purchased a monthly subscription, upon return, we will calculate its usage at the daily rate in effect at the time of refund, subtract the resulting amount from the subscription cost, and refund it.
How to refund
Go to your 4SCORE account, open the "Subscription" section, and click "Pause" if your subscription is currently active. Once your subscription is paused, you have two options: "Refund" (specifying the refund amount, but only if the refund amount is greater than 0 rubles) and "Resume" to continue using it.
How and when will the funds be returned
We process your refund request within three business days, after which we send a refund payment order to your bank. From this point on, the refund period depends on your bank, but it rarely exceeds three business days. Overall, the refund process takes an average of five business days.
